All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Times

As a store, delivery times may vary based on the supplier's location and your shipping address.

Estimated Delivery Times:

USA, Canada, UK, Australia: 7–20 business days
Europe: 10–25 business days
Asia & Other Regions: 10–30 business days

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise.
Expedited or express shipping (if available) may incur additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 3–7 days for the tracking information to update.
