  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Times

As a store, delivery times may vary based on the supplier's location and your shipping address.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA, Canada, UK, Australia: 7–20 business days

  • Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Asia & Other Regions: 10–30 business days

Please note: these are estimated times and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise.

  • Expedited or express shipping (if available) may incur additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 3–7 days for the tracking information to update.
