1. Where do you ship from?

We work with global suppliers and ship products directly from their warehouses, depending on availability and your location. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.


2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes:

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7–20 business days

  • Europe & Asia: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it. Please allow a few days for the tracking to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking info after 7 days, contact us at support@unmatched.com.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order will be processed and shipped, and changes may no longer be possible.


5. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

We're very sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unmatched.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.


6. Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind or size issues if the size chart was accurate.

7. Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Possibly. Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
