At UNMATCHED, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Note:- we do not accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind," wrong size ordered (unless size chart was misleading), or shipping delays.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Clear photos or video showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will provide return instructions or process a refund/credit.
3. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Items damaged by misuse or wear and tear

Personal care or hygiene products (for health & safety reasons)
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
